SpringBoard is a one-on-one training program with your manager, devised to get you started with the basics you need in real estate, around the office and in the real world.

Griffith & Blair Sales Academy

This facilitated spaced learning program provides a practical platform for sales associates to gain knowledge and confidence with various contracts, forms, consumer notices and the best ways to develop your business. Through this facilitated series of meetings you will have a better understanding of the daily activities that should be included into your business. Field Trips give the agents the opportunity to get acclimated with the day to day activities of a real estate agent.


eFastStart has been designed to help you become productive and successful as quickly as possible in your career with COLDWELL BANKERĀ®. The level of your success resulting from the program will depend on your participation and commitment to completing the assignments within the program. During your experience, it is expected that you will learn a lot, have some fun, get to know some of your fellow COLDWELL BANKER sales associates, and engage in some healthy competition to help you obtain quick results. As a result of the program you will be able to:
